It is nasty but it's not the governments responsibility to patrol what we as citizens wear. That is not the point of the gov! Someone showing their underwear does not impinge on my freedom. The government should stop patroling our freedoms and actually learn to protect us. This just shows how much WAISTED tax money there is out there, if someone took their time and money to promote such a bill!
