Good Morning!

Just adding to the paleness discussion earlier...
I'm often terribly pale, but I've stopped caring that I am. I wouldn't be caught tanning because there is always that slight risk of developing skin cancer later in life (I know two people who did). All hail the pale!

I'll be heading to New Jersey soon and won't have a laptop. I'll miss this thread, but hopefully I can catch up on everything that happened then.

Sometimes I wish I was darker, but then I look at other people and am happy that I am not that pale.

I think I am pale for being mixed.

Put my name down to be part of the paleness club, as well. I've seen a video of myself dance around on stage in a Swan Lake costume. I looked like Tinkerbell (bouncing ball of light) on stage. Tanning is pretty much out of the question for me. The only other color I can turn is red (:-P sunburn). I don't mind my paleness. It complements my red hair.

The one who won't stop calling him Tonio, changed her name to " I hope Anthony Rapp has an 'Im bi' day on March 1" and left the comment on one of my pictures saying "I wish I was skinnier so he would want me more"

I'll try to stop complaining about her, and all of them.

I wish I was back at AU right now, I would be goinig today! One of my friends is going and I warned her about MySpace girl. If she figures out who she is, she will hit her in teh head with something hard. I feel bad for Anthony though to have to meet her.

Mariel, I have red(dish) hair, and I can totally relate on not being able to tan at all-- but eventually it stopped mattering, because it would look sort of strange if I could. So, count me among the pigmentally-challenged.

I'm going to the signing in Roanoke, VA next week (yay!!), and I'm sort of hoping that that one will be a little less insane than these others sound...

Hey, SS! Glad to hear you'll be able to make the Roanoke signing. Let us know how it is-- I suspect that will be very cool. Are they doing the signing/ show in an auditorium environment?

Yeah, from what I can tell it sounds like it'll be more like the Syracuse signing than the ones that take place at bookstores. So, auditorium where Anthony will speak, and then there'll be the signing part afterwards.

I'm pale in el winter.

But last summer I was obsessed with getting tan. It kinda worked

OSG and Kim, I hope to see you there! We can all watch out for the crazy Myspace girl and bludgeon her if she goes insane. I mean...treat her very nicely if...yeaaaaa I got nothing.

Does she have a picture of herself on her myspace? If she does, I'll look for her and see if I can get any funny video.

And SS, I'm going to the Roanoke signing, too! Though it's a week away, how early can people show up for it? I know people usually show up like an hour or two in advance for the bookstore signings...but can you do that for the college ones?

And I can definitely tell that when I actually get close to him, the first thing I will think is '...hmmm, who is paler?' I hope for once I don't win!

S=D, I'm pretty sure that you can show up a little early (I'd say like an hour), but I don't see it being the sort of thing where you'd have to get there way early to be able to get a good seat. I may or may not have been to that auditorium (it was a while ago), but if it's the one I'm thinking of, it's pretty big.

I had a dream where my parents had me come home because our hampster died (we don't even have a hampster) so I was able to go to the signing tonight. I honestly didn't think I was thinking so much about it that I would dream about it, so it was kind of weird.
