I happen to be of the opinion that Anthony is indeed hot, but to each her own. It doesn't make you any less of a fan- it does if you like him only for his looks, though. See IMBD.

I was in awe of his voice, when I saw the movie, but thought that Adam was hotter... then the second time I saw the movie I changed my mind. I think he's very hot now.

Actually, Adam was my favorite in my first viewing *until* Tango: Maureen. After that, I was converted.

And I think it's pretty safe to say that I'm in awe of all of their voices.

the 'padlock door' sign generally just amuses me. The fact that they have to show us that it's a padlock door. It's almost like sticking a sign next to Mimi saying <-- WHORE.

Awww, Mel, that's not very nice! ...true, though.

I hate the fact that she was going to try and have sex with Roger when she had HIV and she didn't *know* that he was also positive. I know it's less likely for a woman to give the virus to a man than vice-versa, but still. That bothered me sooo much more than her offering him smack.

I love Mimi, but lets call a spade a spade, she justtt met Roger and wants to have sex with him. She's 19. No wonder she has HIV. Wow, that was kinda mean..but true. I also don't like how she wants to have sex with him and nowhere does she mention that she's HIV positive.

Mm-hmmm. I don't care that she's a junkie- I care that she apparently sleeps around. Benny, when he was married, then Roger, then Benny and Roger (it never explicitely said, but I'm convinced she was having sex with Benny when still dating Roger).

I like Mimi, most of the time, but really, she can be worse than Maureen at times.

Random Fact: Did you know that in the original version of RENT, even Maureen had HIV?

Yeah, they all had HIV/AIDS originally.
And I think Mimi's such a slut because she had a poor home life. I mean, she ran away when she was very young. I'm assuming her father/uncle/brother molested her and she's screwed up because of that.
