Thanks Beav... I love SF!!! My favorite city! Been there many times. Would love to relocate their one day. And would love to take you up on your back room party offer! Is that where you got your name Back Room Beaverhausen? 
Thanks midtown. You're right. Things do get a little "thick" around here at times. Nothing would please me more than being stuck together with you!
