Does the president have the right to spy without a warrant? Has he violated his oath to uphold the Constitution?

No he does not have the right. Special courts were set up for that very purpose, which he circumvented.

Yes, he has violated his oath to uphold the Constitution.

It is, and should be, an impeachable offense.

All I care to judge about this is when he was making his short little speech on television, he looked like he was about to burst out laughing. "..and then a terrible thing happened...and that was September 11, 2001" (yes it's probably not the right exact quote, but I remember something of this sort) annnnnnnnnnnnd he was DEFINATELY smiling. See I couldn't make out if it was a sarcastic smile or one of those Condaleeza smiles because he's just so damn unattractive.

that is the problem. It IS an impeachable crime but he won't be impeached.

The Dems will have to at least get one house to force a vote in December - the fact that it is an impeachable act will not result in seeking articles of impeachment.
