According to my friends, I'm the innocent, weird outcast of the group. I tend to get ignored whenever they remember to invite me to places hahahaha but they always come to see my shows. I'm also the funny one. I tend to make people laugh.
I actually got voted "sweetest" in my graduating class.

As for theatre, i really have no idea how people think of me.

My nickname in the regional professional scene I've worked in is "Chesh" which is short for Cheshire Cat. I apparently manifest a quiet, smiling and somewhat quirky presence. The actors I've worked with are on average about 25 years older than me, so I guess I don't say all that much in that situation.

In school it's a different matter entirely. I'm the practical joker of my class. :)

In terms of theater, I'm kind of two different people during rehearsal time and performance. In rehearsal I work, but I also love to joke around, have fun and I'm generally relaxed. Come performance time, I'm a nervous wreck and become EXTREMELY high strung and something of a bitch. I know everyone gets nervous during performances, but it's REALLY REALLY hard for me to relax and I think I become quite obnoxious backstage. :P

Well, in the theatre, I'm seen by directors as the teenage delinquent who smokes, drinks, does drugs but works her ass off and has (they seem to think) talent. I think directors tend to like working with me because I'll be funny and talkative and out-going, up until the point that work needs to be done and then (I try to be) a complete professional. I usually (depending on the person and the atmosphere in which I'm working with them) develop a really close bond with most of my directors and teachers.

I've found that whether or not a director likes me depends on how much the "bad stuff" outweighs my ethic and talent.
