I have to admit that Idina Menzel's voice really does it for me, as well as Adam Pascal and Sara Ramirez.

VtG, I second that! Raul in TTB--especially 30/90 makes me crazy (in a good way!) But mostly, this honor goes to Adam Pascal who barely has to open his mouth and I melt into a puddle.

Philip Quast and Brian Stokes Mitchell both make me melt. I love baritones. 
Though Seth MacFarlane isn't on Broadway, he has given me numerous eargasms. His voice is fantastic.

Also, there's this guy who's playing Chuck Cranston in a local production of "Footloose" that I'm in and he has an AMAZING voice. I was smiling the whole time he sang "The Girl Gets Around". He's an amazing actor too. I love Roger Bart's voice too.
