Posted: 8/6/13 at 4:18pmIn my opinion it has to be Gypsy. It has an incredibly strong book, with one of the most deep and layered characters in musical theater history. And a score that remains relevant to this day. The Same goes for West Side Story. In my opinion those are the two best musicals ever written.
