I tend to believe that bones should be worn on the inside rather than the outside, but apparently it is becoming fashionable to look like a corpse long before one achieves a state of actual deadness.
I also find skinny people much more frightening than wealthy ones, so I am of the opinion that one can be too skinny, but wealthy...hmm...I'll have to find some really wealthy people and let you know later.

There is definitley too skinny. Look at Hollywood stars. Mary Kate/Ashley Olson- I forget which one it was. There was a show on Oprah a few months ago and there was a women about 30, 5'5" and 85 pounds.
Too rich? I don't think there is such a thing- you can be rich but the meaning of "too rich" to me means, rich in a bad way.

"a man likes something to grab hold of; isnt that right, oliver?"
- Gran, ABSOLUTLEY FABULOUS
I'm willing to try.
Lots of women celebrities, in particular, are too thin. In fact, most of them. I think it's ugly. I just saw Kiera Knightly at the premiere of the Pirates film, and her chest was concave. Ugly! So, for me, yes, you can be too thin. Not sure what too rich is, however.

So, it would seem that being too rich allows one to buy skinniness.
Is too skinny also too rich?

I am glad to see there is something we can all weigh in on.

I, for one, am against weighing in. The body should be allowed to expand as it sees fit, without worry of being constantly monitored.
Perhaps the too-rich should simply buy those funhouse mirrors that make you look thin without the bother of being thin. It would make all our lives simpler.

WAY TO THIN!!!!
Seriously, that could be deadly
Thin, but ok
the picture of the emaciated model is photoshopped.

More than likely it is but I was just making a point...
There are people that look like that though
I cant see the 1st picture.
I'm skinny and I used to eat a whopper basically every day for about 5-6 months, 1-3 cokes a day, and lots of tootsie rolls. I've stopped eating the whoppers because I got sick of them, but still drink the coke and have tootsie rolls. I havent gained any weight since I started with the whoppers. I dont exercise or diet or anything, I do the complete opposite (sit around and eat). I dont know how I dont gain weight, it just.. doesnt happen.. Its weird. I'm 5'2' and 100lbs.
I dont think anyone can be too rich. One can be very very very rich, but not too rich.

Way too many celebrity actress are are extremely "breakable" looking skinny - which is certainly classify as too skinny - and a poor example to the American society which leads to so many girls that had eating disorders.
I sometimes can't help but scoff when guys say they don't like their girls skinny. It seems like what they're really saying is that they don't like their girls FLAT. There's no meat on any of those "Maxim" chicks except for their cleavage. If you got rid of the boobage, those girls wouldn't be more than 105 lbs soaking wet. And if those girls are a reflection of what a typical hetero guy's ideal...
(A disclaimer: I just spent hours today sitting through at least 50 girls auditioning for a high-profile teen sex romp. The roles are things like "Hottie #1", "Pleasure", "Pretty Girl #3", "Buxom Woman", etc., and the character breakdown is also organized by the AMOUNT of nudity each girl will have to do. HOURS talking to these unbelievably hot, ultra-skinny, tanned, big breasted hoochies. If I sound a bit vulnerable, jealous and bitter, it's because I am.)
I got so riled up, I double posted.
Tiffy! I missed you! I'm having the same problem in London. All the girls here are sticks and/or perfectly in shape.

I'm going to be 100% honest. I think REALLY skinny women are a little on the gross side. And the really small women with big boobs look just plain odd. Tiff, there are ALOT of guys that agree with me.
I have been too skinny for 2 or 3 years now, not because of an eating disorder, but because it's my body type and I don't gain weight easily. I am eating as much as I can, I'm even eating when I'm not hungry. I am not happy with my body, and nothing makes me more angry than to hear people talking about how I'm anorexic and how skinny people have it easy. I have been gaining weight, slowly, but none of it has really shown if you were to take a picture.
Wealth is relative, there's a point I don't really think it matters anymore. And how does one even measure this...just monetarily? Which I don't wholly agree with.
I still stand by my statement that there is no such thing as too skinny unless you have to/should be hospitalized. Although proportion is equally as important.
I love how this is always a topic of discussion, while America on a whole is fighting obesity...
marlene. yer 12. yer metabolism is still such that you could eat an entire yak in one sitting and you'd still burn it all away by morning.
i like all kindsa women. i don't think that body type determines beauty. and yeah, there is such a thing as too skinny.
there is such a thing as too skinny.
I still agree to disagree. I appreciate it, but don't need the lecture, papa. I actually refuse to have this conversation with many people, because it winds me up in deep shizzlenit because people get it all wrong and jump to conclusions. Silly, silly, people.
But I like yaks. Why would you eat them?
