What's going on in Louisiana???

A woman went on a rampage and killed some students at a Baton Rouge technical college?

I can't find any info - anyone know what's happening?

and it's more what's going on in this country......Missouri town council shooting, etc.

Toffler's 'Future Shock" predicted this in 1970......shouldn't be a shock to anyone who has read the book. To those that have not...READ IT!
Toffler argues that society is undergoing an enormous structural change, a revolution from an industrial society to a "super-industrial society". This change will overwhelm people, the accelerated rate of technological and social change leaving them disconnected and suffering from "shattering stress and disorientation" – future shocked. Toffler stated that the majority of social problems were symptoms of the future shock. In his discussion of the components of such shock, he also coined the term "information overload"."

I just fond out that the shooting took place in the classroom where my step-mother is the instructor!!!!!!

She is unharmed and is being questioned as a witness!

As Chris Rock asked, "What ever happened to 'crazy'?"

Toffler notwithstanding, people just go nuts...when we ARE'NT having these shootings, nobody asks, "Why aren't more people going on rampages? It's been a while!"

This is a violent country in many respects--nothing new there.

I can understand wanting to lash out at the world--they just need a lil doobie and they'd feel much better. I always do.
