What's up with "Gilmore Girls"?

It seems like there is never a new episode of GILMORE GIRLS lately. Why is it that there will be two new episodes in a row, followed by something like eight weeks of repeats? I love the show, but if they keep up with this rerun nonsense, I might find myself jumping off of the bandwagon.

It is just the trend in all shows.

New episode this upcoming Tuesday though, if its followed by a string of repeats...why I'll...well I'll take no action at all, but I'll be contemptuous!

I've been having the same problem, Caitiesus---It's been so long since there has been a new episode, I can barely remember the current plotline.

Thank God they have a new episode next week. I need to know what is going to happen. I watch reruns everyday on ABC family

New episodes start next week, and because I have nothing better to do and my TV Guide is sitting right next to be, I am going to type up the Previously On...from TV Guide

Logan and Rory invited Luke and Lorelai to the Huntzbergers' house on Martha's Vineyard, where Luke complained that he didn't like Logan. This weekend went well, however, until Logan's bombastic father showed up to berate him for neglecting the family business, and Lorelai told Luke that she was afraid that their wedding would never happen. Later, Rory accompanied Logan to his sister's wedding. While mingling with the bridesmaids, Rory discovered that Logan had slept with a few of them while their relationship was in limbo over Thanksgiving. Hurt and confused, Rory ended things with Logan, but later repaired her friendship with Paris. Realizing how much he missed Lane (and the band), Zack went to the diner and proposed (in song) to Lane, who accepted.

Is it me or did that Zach / Lane proposal come out of NOWHERE? Would you marry someone you hadn't spoken to in weeks? Weird. The other thing that made me mad about the last episode was that Paris and Rory got all friendly and A-OK after they broke up with their significant others. Does that mean we're only allowed to have friends when we're single??

GG has been on a rather long hiatus lately, but it'll be back next Tuesday.

The April 11th show will be featuring Jess again (YAY)! I really hope the writers don't screw it up between Rory and Jess...

Nope, but Milos's long lost twin MILO is on The Bedford Diaries. (So yes, he is). He's also in the newest Rocky movie, which will be interesting.

I can't believe the last one was Valentine's Day. That is such a long time ago. They are making me pretty angry. I will never, however, jump off the bandwagon. I just can't.

It is the same every year with every show. But late next month sweeps begin. We will go thru at least 6 weeks of new episodes. And then 2 weeks or re-runs and then another sweeps period before season finales.

Yep. Like guitargeek said in her post, he's on the April 11th episode.
