Recently started TiVOing the various repeats of Mad About You. Watched it first run, and then on and off for a few years, but it petered out after a while.
After starting to pick it up again, I realize what a delightful show it really was. Yeah, it jumped the shark after they had the kid, and the final episode was a complete copout, but even their worst episode was better than some of the dreck that's on now.
What was it about Mad About You? The writing? The great chemistry among the cast?

I saw bits of it, but it never seemed funny to me.

And the theme song, which I always loved for some reason.
