After years of no problem travel, we are making up for it now.

Last December a planned trip to Paris for Christmas was cancelled due to bad weather here when we could not take off. Guess where we will be going next weekend. New Orleans.

Hopefully when we go to Vegas in August Hoover Dam does not spring a leak.

Are you going to blame those pesky Democrats?

I am officially rolling my eyes after that assinine remark.

I wonder what Obama's response will be & if inadequate if the press will be on him as well. Somehow, I rather doubt it.

Let me guess, the spill is the fault of your favorite bogeyman GWB who was also responsible for the 1906 Frisco Quake & The Johnstown flood among other things.

How the hell does an offshore oil spill affect your trip to New Orleans? Afraid the levees won't hold back the oil? Were you going to scuba-dive the Mississippi? I'd be a little more concerned about the missing crew members, who are presumed dead and the ecological impact than how it's going to affect your trip. That's a pretty self-absorbed attitude, isn't it?

What am I missing here?
