I will be traveling to New York and won't be able to bring any suit jackets or blazers with me, except for the one that I wear on the plane.
Where in New York can I buy a casual (fun/party) outfit? I like blazers...not so much into vests. Also, should be somewhere inexpensive (hah!).

Universal Gear on 7th Avenue between 16th & 17th Streets.
Also, across the street, on 7th Avenue between 17th and 18th, Bang Bang.
