And stop listening to the cast recording. I don't mean anything against RENT but since I've been in college I've been taught not to listen to any recording of any song I'm singing. Stop trying to sing like Adam Pascal. He's got a whole different set up.

Singing is such a technical thing, there's a lot that needs to work to get it right.

Are you taking lessons now?
