I have a special place in my heart for USA shows. Psych and Royal Pains are fun, and I like what I've seen so far of White Collar. Matt Bomer is BEAUTIFUL. Too bad he doesn't play for my team! Well, rumor has it.

I think Bomer has a bit of a case of the Crazy Eyes, and have thought so since Chuck, but I like him in his eager-puppy mode, and he has really adorable chemistry with Tim DeKay.

Not fair
And my god does that man have gorgeous eyes.
Love the show, BTW. A night of him and Jeffery Donovan (Burn Notice) would definitely be appointment TV for me.

So, this is basically "Catch Me If You Can's" ongoing epilogue?

What I don't understand is this. There was a thread here on the off topic board not that long ago talking about the Friday night death slot that is used in TV. That networks that want to cancel shows do so slowly by putting them on the air on Friday nights when no one is home to watch them. I am not saying that White Collar is bad, it is in fact one of my new favorite shows. However, wouldn't it have been smarter for them to air a new series on another night?

I certainly dont think being on Friday night is a death sentence for White Collar, i think the idea is that every other night is saturated with new TV, especially during the fall season.. I think White Collar is a solid enough show that it will succeed on a Friday.. Plus there's always DVR :)
I'm excited for a new one tomorrow night! If this rain doesnt stop i'm definitely watching it in real time...

I think its pretty good, unfortunetly its on opposite NUMBERS and I am addicted to NUMBERS. The good thing is that since its on the USA channel they play it often during the week so I can catch it then!!
I have RSD...but it doesn't have me!!!!

Friday night doesn't have to be a death slot. The shows CBS has put there for the past few years are pretty lame, but they do okay. Anyway, USA is a cable network and White Collar is on a cable budget, so they don't need network numbers to turn a profit. And because the main networks tend to put dying shows or "funniest home videos" or whatever in that slot, White Collar and Burn Notice and all those make good counter-programming.

Love this show! I was actually able to interview the cast (Matt Bomer, Willie Garson, Tiffani Amber Thiessen, Tim DeKay) for my website and they are all so nice!
As for the death slot...USA is not like ABC, Fox, NBC, and CBS. USA really stands behind their shows for the long run so no matter what day of the week, if it's on USA, it should be fine...

How Not to Introduce Matt Bomer
"The gods who nurse this universe think little of mortals' cares. They sit in crowds on exclusive clouds and laugh at our love affairs. I might have had a real romance if they'd given me a chance. I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter

One of the few new shows this season that's a "must see" for me - and yes, quite a mid-season mind-blower.

I dont wanna spoil it but WOW.. Who watched?? They resolved the cliffhanger nicely, thats all I'll say...

I did! And I loved how they resolved the cliffhanger AND moved the story forward at the same time. I don't want to spoil anything but that scene between Neil and Peter, and the decision Neil made, and that Peter accepted....wow. What a great relationship!!

I like it but it's basically a updated retread of "It Takes A Thief" w Robert Wagner.

Oh my god I know, i looooove Peter and Neil's dynamic.. Also, did you watch Tuesday's episode? I loved the scenes with the alleged cable guy and Neil and Peter and Elizabeth sitting around the apartment.. They just all three have such a great rapport...
So do you think that Peter is actually a good guy? I've heard some people who still think he's bad..
