the juiciness of the thigh has me turning towards the dark side...

Most definitely dark!

White Turkey. The dark makes great turkey salad and the white is great on a plate with russian dressing.
Turkey is the best.

Neither, I don't eat turkey. But, if I had to pick, I'd pick white.
I like both equally. I love the white meat with gravy and bacon, but gnawing on a turkey leg is one of the great joys of life.

You know, you had to preface this with the clarification that you were talking about turkey.... lol I was about to say, "it depends whether or not we're talking about turkey!" I'll be good though... when it comes to turkey, I prefer white meat.

As long as there is mashed potatoes & gravy on the same plate, I could not care less
Spending Thanksgving with my mother in law & wife & the mom wants KFC so who am I to argue. I will eat the KFC & suffer (not) & think it is turkey as I will have the mash potatoes & gravy
No meat at all, thank you.

Same here, queen muppet. Nothing with a mother.
Did we have this thread a few days ago? I vaguely remember agreeing with Mr. Roxy on the exact same thing......
Dark meat if I'm eating turkey by itself, but white meat is good for making it into a turkey salad for sandwiches later (it's like chicken!). But bring on the complex carbohydrates and I'm a happy gal!
