It's all good.
Part of my Bee overdose for the week. Tomorrow is the A/V Club pilot at the NYTVF, looking forward to it!

"her dad is at a Pink Floyd concert"
Wow. That is SO not the experience I had growing up.
Unfortunately.

I don't really know what that means DG...
She and I had more fun at the Bee. That makes it 3 times in 4 days for me to see that show, I'm maxed out.

liotte - just another indication that we come from different generations, that's all
The thought of my father attending any concert - much less one by Pink Floyd - is preposterous.
And my childhood and early adulthood were the worse for it, trust me on that.

My dad would totally be at a Stones concert... even now in his early 70s.

How did rehearsal go?

Rehearsal was great... I love watching a good director at work. She was ON today, even considering that her bf's dad died yesterday. I was going to cancel rehearsal, but she said she needed to get out of the house.

Glad it went well - and she was probably smart to take a break.
Interesting when real-life drama collides with the stage variety.

Yeah... she was glad to be there. It's so sad... he (her bf) was at my house on Sat. night, and he was so worried about his dad. He's the sweetest guy...

I'll spare you the chorus of "Circle of Life".
Since you like Ewan, did you see the spread he did for Premiere magazine with Jude Law, complete with domestic bed shots? My mind reeled.

OMG that took forever!
Just got back to the city, left at 7:45 this morning to go to Bayonne (like, one exit off the turnpike).
Going to the NYTVF now to see Sarah Saltzberg's new tv show!

DAME! Lovely to see you around these parts. You are missed, Mother Hussy.
Slow day today... for me. I think I'm coming down with something.
