I wonder if C-13's behavior would improve if she was given more responsibility at her age. Like... taking care of the other kids one night a week so that the parents can go out. Isn't 13 a good age for that?

DAME, you are correct, she is the age to babysit. We do put her in charge if we go out in the neighborhood. I am not comfortable to be too far away.
