Sorry, the weather is beautiful here. And land is plenty. Rents are cheap, and oil springs from your backyard if you dig deep enough.

It's a bit sordid. He's actually someone I've known for almost a year. I liked him at first, but I didn't get the same impression from him towards me. We hang out often, and get along great. (he's my ski - well, he boards - buddy)

erm... to clarify:
Saturday night - horoscope came true (see above) and got like 3 hours of sleep.
Sunday night - I had insomnia, even though I was tired by above.
