Oy! Sorry about the migraine. Glad to hear imitrex works for you. I'm grateful I don't get migraines... I'm such a wuss when it comes to headaches, I don't know what I'd do if I had a migraine.

We were looking at vacation packages last night, and we viewed some nice Costa Rica ones. I'm pretty sure we'll end up with the Bermuda Cruise if we can ever make a full decision. I think I have him convinced to go to Germany next Ocotber, yay!
I'm so happy that I am going shopping tonight, woohoo! Only thing that is helping me get through this dreadful day!

SOMMS: I knew it was Tink!
DD: Imitrex works for me to an extent. I have some friends for whom it always works, and completely gets rid of the migraine. For me, it usually just takes the edge off, but that's still a HUGE relief! (I get really severe ones.) Anyway, thanks for the sympathy! How's the show going?
Erika - When you first started taking it did you have any side effects? Hubby gets nasty migraines, and they gave him Imitrex. He took it once and it helped but made him very sick, so he hasn't wanted to take it again. Just wondering about your expereinces. Luckily, I don't get them often, I'm famous for the little headaches that just won't go away!

Tink: No, I never got sick from the medication. I've gotten sick from my migraines, however. (Many times. Ewwwwwww...) Does he take the pills, nasal spray, or injection? I've tried all three, and the nasal spray is my preferred method.
I want to go canoeing/rafting like my friend did when he went. He had a blast. Sun? What's that? I am the palest person in the world? I went to Vegas for a week in August, and came back just as pale. I've given up hope!
Erika - It was the pill version. He's been good lately. He's been able to get away with Excedrine Migraine. But I worry for the times that won't help.

My friends had gone on a gay cruise to Costa Rica. they said they were met with protesters and very aggresive picketers. But they said once they got into town people were very nice.
DD - OK, I have no idea why your post wasn't showing up for me before, but it wasn't. :-P Anyway, very cool! I'm very impressed by choreogrophers, particularly as that's not my personal bailiwick. Best of luck with your upcoming productions, and I'll keep my fingers crossed for Bat Boy!
Thanks Erika. I really want to SM the show, and I like the director. There is a large pool of people vying for that position, I think. And I want it. Let the marketing begin!
