Wow, people are alive, lol
I've heard 1-3 inches, but then I heard 3-6 inches, and then freezing rain on top of it. Who knows!
Ew, that doesn't sound good.

The kids were pissed that there was not a snow day, we have had about 3-4 inches. No big deal for Chicago. Of course my secretary called in sick! Tomorrow it will be sub zero again. Nasty Feb. thus far.
I think it's odd how WE were the ones getting all the winter storms and cold and snow and ice in November and December, and not it's all moved east and we are warmish, to my chagrin snow's melting on the mountains, and I can now go out at night without a coat.

Yes, we have switched weather. I fear a $400 gas bill.
It seems that the bad weather has pretty much just struck the midwest. We had bitter cold for a few weeks, but still have not seen any snow sticking in the city.
However, there is a huge mountain of snow in Union Square, they made a snowboarding pipe there with machine made snow.
That sounds like fun, L.
I don't know if it was open to the public, or just some random event, looked cool though.
Whoa. That sounds cool in Union Square!
They do lots of cool stuff in NYC!!

The snow is really coming down now.
L, that reminds me of how much I love the Winter Olympics.
I don't care much about Winter Olympics, maybe I'll watch figure skating if I am bored but that's about it.
Brd, please keep the snow by you! I don't want any over here.
I'm WAITING for the snow, so I can determine which shoes I'm wearing today!
I wore my suede boots today, big mistake! But when I left the house, it wasn't supposed to snow until after I would have been home. Oh well! Is it almost time to go home yet? blah.....
Any interesting plans for the upcoming week?
No. I have nothing exciting happening. After class, meeting a friend for dinner, which should be nice. Haven't seen him in ages!
Looks like I'm wearing the comfy-arse snow boots. Well, soft and fleecy
Just work for me this week. No shows except Bee on Sunday, Monday Night New Voices on Monday night. Bat Mitzvah on Saturday (that will be interesting Shira! You know what I mean).
LOL. Have fun, Liotte.
It will be the first time I will see some people in a couple of years...
I love Winter Olympics. And they're next door in 2010. Not that I'll attend... too many people.

I am supporting the Mayor's bid for 2016! It would be a lot of fun.
I'm so glad the Olympics are not in NYC in 2012. It's crowded enough around here!
Seattle couldn't host the Olympics. The infrastructure does not lend itself to it. Plus, by the time our politicians would finally agree on something, and we had 10 public votes whether or not to have them, we would totally miss the deadline.

The Mayor put Pat Ryan, AON chief in charge. We have the room for the construction and the infrastructure. Two of the L lines will be renovated in the next few years. I want an expressway that would run from the Junction of 90/94 south to I55.
I agree with L, keep it far from NYC/North NJ! I have enough trouble commuting without all those extra people! Not to mention the 10x more security, which would make it all a living hell! I hope it comes to you in Chicago brd!
I have the song "I Love You, I Do" from Dreamgirls stuck in my head.
