It's so toasty in the house, I could go for a nice cool beverage...and by 3:00 trapped in the house with my roommate, kids and cats, I will need that beverage to have a little kick, you know what I mean?

Good morning all. The City will need to update the CTA service if it wants to host the olympics. 100 minutes last night and 75 minutes this morning and I do not live that far out!!!!!

Last I heard it is supposed to keep sleeting out until late afternoon, it'll turn to snow for an hour to two and then stop, but who knows.

Flowers just got here so now I can go home. It's sad that I've stayed at work all this time just to wait for these. Reddish/Pink & white roses. Have to tell hubby to call up and complain though, they are in horrible condition.

Took me over an hour to get to work on the crosstown bus. I wish they had a subway in midtown that goes East-West! (and no, that 3 block S train between times square and grand central doesn't count, needs to go all the way from river to river).

This is what it looks like by me (plow just went by for the first time since 5:00 am). All that white isn't snow but ice pellets, which are whipping around in about 30mph winds. Fun fun!
