It started snowing, but I hope it is just a passing flurry.

Good morning all. MT - my mother in law is a saint and a lot of fun.
That's good Brd! You're one of the lucky ones! My life is a big episode of Everybody Loves Raymond, except Marie is Jewish in this case not Italian.

She is Scottish, very practical.
Ok! I am up and showered! Still not feeling great, but I am at least out of bed.

"Break a leg" to all involved!
Go DD!!!!
Brd, I have not seen Wicked in ages, and have no intention of going again for a long time.
Erika, when are you in NYC again?
Thanks! We have the best cast and crew... looking forward to Friday night so I can party!
**clears throat and attempts to sing the first few lines of "Opening night" from The Producers, but then realizes she can't sing and quietly goes and sits back in the corner**
WooHoo and best wishes!
I am catching up on American Idol, watching the NYC episode. Talk about not being able to sing!!!

Liotte: Well, I'm committed here in LA through the end of May, so it couldn't be until after then... And then of course I'd like to be booked in some show or other over the summer, but if I'm not, or I have some down time in between shows, I will TOTALLY be there. (I guess that's not much of an answer, now that I think about it, but there it is.)
That's a long ways away! But I am planning on being in LA at the end of May, so we can hang out in your neck of the woods! And hopefully I can see you perform in something!!
From what I understand about that episode I want to scream THEY ARE IN NJ NOT NYC!!!!!!!! grrrrrrr!!!! OK, I'm better. =) Auditions were at Continental Airlines Arena in lovely Rutherford, NJ (literally 2 minutes from where I shoot in my pool leagues). Sorry they make me mad!
I knew a few people that went to that. They all have beautiful voices, but did not advance.
it looks like they are at Chelsea Piers?
The audition itself was at Continental I know that. My friend said she saw the show and all they talked about was being in NYC and showing them walk around NYC, etc. Us Jersians get mad over stuff like that, for some odd reason. Like when they are televising Giants games and the announcer says "We're in here in New York City" and they show a picture of the skyline. Meanwhile they are in Rutherford and surround by marshes and garbage dumps! =)
Ah, I didn't know that. See, I'm part of that audience that sees Chelsea Piers and thinks the whole thing was in NYC.

Liotte: Yeah, I think we discussed this before... My show closes on May 13th, with a possible extension through the 20th, but you're here the following weekend, right? So, I highly doubt I'll be in anything when you're here, but we can definitely hang out.
They actually just announced the full cast for the show. (I know I posted this link already, but here it is again):

I'm really looking forward to starting rehearsals.
Erika, anything that happened in threads 1-9 are forgotten as soon as the new one begins! You're right though, I do remember talking about it.

How bored can one lawyer be? I just do not feel like looking at these files.
AI is so weird. All we are seeing are the nightmare singers. Some are borderline psycho.
AI is weird. But rember.. what you are seeing is months of auditions edited into one show. Last night they showed thee rose bowl and the kodak theater. But some of the auditions they showed were at CBS.
