The moment when Data and Picard and Worf, I think, started singing a song from a Gilbert and Sullivan operetta during a chase was wonderfully surreal.

Used to be a HUGE fan - haven't watched in years though. I catch a TNG every now and then, but that's about it.

depends on what you mean...the original, DS9, Next Generation, Voyager, Generations?

I grew-up with the original, and loved it. Loved Voyager, liked DS9, put-up with Next generation.....

HUGE fan of NEXT GENERATION. That was quality television, folks -- and who could possibly deny the sexiness of Patrick Stewart?

Favourite movie: FIRST CONTACT (Star Trek . It's the only one that really feels like a movie, rather than an overblown episode.

Me! Well...Voyager (and TNG) anyway. I got hooked by watching Voyager. I still haven't gotten all the DVDs...if only they don't charge nearly 100 bucks for one season.

If you're talking about movies, I guess First Contact was the best one IMO (though I still haven't seen them all).

'First Contact' is the best of the films. But, I have to say that 'Insurrection' is a guilty pleasure of mine.

I used to watch all the series, but my favorites were definitely TNG and Voyager...there was a couple years in the middle of the DS9 run that were CRAP. It did get better towards the end though.

I'm not really into the movies; the only original Star Trek movie I've really seen is the whale one 'cause it's always on television. I generally like the TNG movies...

Major Trekkie here!

I enjoy all the series, but my faves are TOS and ENT. TNG is totally nostalgic for me, because that's what I grew up on. VOY is hit and miss, and I'm in the middle of making my way through DS9 right now -- and it's getting GOOD.

Favorite movie? Hmmm...I guess I'd pick Nemesis and The Undicovered Country.

Nemesis AND Enterprise? Yeah. I'm a proud rebel.

Hey, I watched the First Star Trek movie, the other day. I had'nt seen it in years.
