This is EXACTLY why the ZERO and FIVE rule exists. If you make a HUGE deal of your 21st Birthday, you will immediately damage your veracity with all of the bartenders in town who've been serving you long before that birthday... It's best to save the BIG celebration for (yes, you guessed it) 25, by when most bartenders will have forgotten exactly when they first met you and then blast the nails out of the joints on your 30th ... the world will then be quite right and in its proper spin :)
