ATRIAS!!! Long time no see! How are you?!
Could I use any more exclamation points!!!
Doing quite well. Working, having fun in my time off. You know, usual. Nice to see you 'round these parts...
A sober child in a land of drunks! What a novelty!
Hey... we're not drunk... yet.
Oh right, not for another two hours for you. I forgot that you're on Pacific Time .
You got it! I did have a saketini at lunch... but that hardly counts.
Hey..I'm not drunk yet!!
Just finished work...and I'm very tired for some reason, but I must get my energy up as I am meeting a beautiful girl tonight for Woman In White and dinner (and possibly drinks).
Tomorrow will be busy with dusting and shoppping (for rugs and such).
Almost check-out time. No big plans tonight... just cleaning and laundry pretty much. Maybe a drink later this evening...
and DD... if we are both lucky, that drink will be with me...
but this time, it will be ME that scoops up the newbie for a spinner's tour ....

Ok, how could any waiter hear mussels and then give you escargot????? The funniest mistake in culinary history!
Change of plans. Maria Friedman was out of Woman in White tonight (I WAS VERY VERY VERY UPSET) and five understudies were in, so Shira and I went out to Carmine's for dinner and good wine and tartufo instead. =)
Escargot instead of MUSSELS? They don't even SOUND alike...how odd, brdlwyr.

Shira, and bizarre!!! Actually, the escargot was tasty for me, but my wife had no interest.
Wow, her mother is coming tomorrow and she is uptight. Her mother is a very easy guest and could care less about the accommodations. I love to have her here, she is a great woman and the best mother in law!
Well... I just found out that I will probably move at the end of the month. Our apt building is going condo, and they're offering a bonus if we break our lease and move out.

Where NYC, Chicago, Bainbridge???
I wish NYC... not quite ready for that movie.
Chicago and Bainbrige have about the same possibility... it would be an awful commute from Bainbridge.
Seattle... most likely Capitol Hill or First Hill.
Good luck DD, moving is a pain.

That is nice. Will you keep your room mate?
I know. I was hoping I could move from here to NYC. Ugh.

Going to the Pub to see the game with friends. I've gotta be there by noon to save seats... apparently two weeks ago the line went to the corner.
