Where is DGrant when I need him?
"I'm not much of a shopper".
Did I hear shopping?
Okay. Audition time. Unbelievably, I've been practicing for four hours, and I still haven't figured how to count this Bernstein piece. Oh well. Wish me luck! And send me a miracle!
One of my children (3 year old girl) is having a terrible day. Throwing temper tantrums, refusing to do anything, she shat in her pants, oy. I need to lie down!
Taking the boys to game night at the community clubhouse, hopefully there won't be any fighting and I can just sit and read for a bit.
brdlwry and OTA- how do you do it all the time????
Just remember the next time you spend $100.00 on a show you have seen 7 times. Just remeber how hard you worked for that money. And then if you still want to spend your money on something you have seen repeatedly.. then by all means do. Have a great time. And let the pooping in the pants continue!!
Daddy DAME?
Good luck Aigoo!
And DD...there will be shopping.
Well, that could've gone worse. Could've gone much better, however. Ah well. Now to enjoy the last 5 hours I have left of summer.
5 hours?
I have almost a week left...
I have 4 days!
Hm... not liking so much this end-of-summer countdown. This has been a fun summer.
This has been a rather fun summer -- but it's gonna be a DAMN fun year!
4 days, 4.5 hours 'til my flight!
I'm so excited for you!
I remember when I left for college, I was doing a show, having a fantastic time. And I left the day after we closed. I had no time to prepare for the move.
Shira; I am so excited for you. College will be one of the best times of your life. Enjoy it. And how lucky for you that you get to spend it in such a stupendous city.

I wish I could go back to college........
L - My wife just said on the phone to her friend, "You are expected to be a great parent only 70% of the time."
For me it is 10/90 the opposite way.
And, I hope you all read my post which took more time than a grown man should spend who bills my the hour:

life was so simple back then...
BTW, what's a quad? Like a dorm for 4 people?
Yes. Isn't it? I wish I knew how good I had it when I was at college.

DD - I am not sure. It could be a corner of a building that would have a common area and four dorm rooms?
I lived in the smallest room with cinder block walls, tile floors, two beds and two dressers. It was the "poor man's" dorm. It really sucked. My room mate was a freak and sometimes did acid.
Just found out... four rooms that share a common area.
Howdy all,
Game night is fun, the boys behaved very well and the grownups got to play a board game too. I highly recommend it to everyone!
I too wish I was back in college. Those were the good old days.
I'm sure I'll be bitching about it when I get there....but soon!

Shrooms at the theatre department holiday party (actually we called it a Christmas party because it was a Catholic college). That was fun.
