Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)
re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)#3375
Posted: 10/1/05 at 11:58pmI used to love SNL, but I gave it up when I was in, oh, about 10th grade, as it just wasn't funny anymore.

Q 2 Q = Cue to Cue = Long ass rehearsal. We started at 10:30 am, and finished at 10:20 pm, with 2 1-hour breaks. I'm SO tired. This girl I'm working with (she's the lightboard operator) wanted to see L5Y, and tonight's 11 pm show was the last one she could see, and couldn't get anyone to go with her, so since we finished on time, I went. L5Y is my ASU, L.

I've never seen L5Y, but I've been wanting to check it out from all the good stuff I've heard.
I'm up too early for a sunday, considering it's just to sit outside for 4 hours on a 50% chance that I'll get tickets. I'm coming home at 12:15 to take a nap. Wish me luck!

Oooh, Good luck, Liotte!

Well, I'm off to bowling. And my goal today: use my crutches properly, because apparently STILL walking on my ankle does it no good.

Explain to me, please, how bowling could be considered 'using your crutches properly'?!?!?

I see - I assume that means you're keeping score. Are you able to focus this early on a Sunday morning?
What ARE you doing up so early on a Sunday, anyway?

Can I focus? Do I EVER?
Because I'm having "Brunch and Bowling" is why I'm up so early. We're having brunch and then taking a bus to Chelsea Piers. All of which I get paid for, which is good, because it's all cab fare now!

Today's our first play of the season at South Coast Rep - THE CAUCASIAN CHALK CIRCLE, by Brecht - and directed by our favorite new director, Kate Whoriskey. Then dinner afterwards with our best friends to plan our Thanksgiving break with them in Mendocino, and the NYC trip next April
We ended up at Disneyland yesterday - and had no idea til we got there that it was Gay Days!
What are you up to since you're all alone?

Happy Sunday. The kids are off to buy Halloween decorations. I hate that kind of stuff. I have to hang lights.
L - why all the fuss about Spelling Bee?
DD - I like the L5Y CD - my wife, Iris, hates it. She thinks they are too whiny!

Hi all!
Back from bowling -- and they'll pay for my cab fare, whoooo!
Also did some shopping. I think I'm either going to have to get a walking cast or a wheelchair, because I can't do crutches.
