re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)

It's kinda hard the first year, but you get used to it. I went home to CA last year for Rosh Hashanah and was pretty much bored and miserable the whole time. Plus it was really nice out and I just wanted to sit at the pool all day and I had to go to temple. Much better being on my own in NYC!! :)

I did surprisingly well with the transition to not living at home, but there are certain times where, especially at the beginning, you still want to be there. And I've been having a really painful few days, so this is just another thing to toss on the "insult to injury" list, you know?

Emcee, we definitely know. You are in the right thread!

So we'll have to find a place to get some alcohol into you underage people...

Even if I were of age, I just don't like the stuff. So, I'll pretend.

With that, I'm taking my self-pity to bed. To a better tomorrow. Have a good night, all... l'shana tovah.

Feel better emcee!!!

I too am going to sleep. I was going to go to bed an hour ago, but am now addicted to Bejeweled. I'm taking a break from snood, as I have played over 40,000 games. When, I have no idea. But it happened somehow...

Goodnight all!

Em, we'll have to change that.

Sleep well! I'll talk with you soon!

And come on this thread more often!

No saketinis, but I had geoduck. It wasn't bad. Also salmon, tuna and yellowtail.

Date... ok. Nothing to write about (sorry L).

I missed Em again...

Waiting for the coffee at work, the regular early coffee maker is on holiday.

I cannot believe the temp here - 87 and humid today on 10/4.
