I haven't been named one by our resident Mother Hussy.
Shouldn't you just retreat to your room when you have a fight with a roommate? That's what I'd do. Why pack a bag and bother other people?

Posted: 10/25/05 at 10:14pmI am sure thre is more to the story. And I am sure my partner will fill me in later. But in the mean time.. if I asked it would mean I would have to engage in conversation. I am not being difficult. I really don't trust or like this guy. But he is a friend of my partners..

Posted: 10/25/05 at 10:17pmYour partner and his friend should go out to a bar and leave you in the house on your own.

Posted: 10/25/05 at 10:19pmIt's your house. You should still be able to do what YOU want. Can't he go in the guestroom or outside or something and chat with your partner?

Dame and L - I do have three kids that required my attention.
Dame, I suspect there is something in particular that you do not like about this person. He might just get on your nerves. If he is evil then do not be nice, but if he is a friend of your partner and not evil (you make the call) then you need to not make the situation worse by causing a secondary fight!
And, mister, and all of brdwlyrs inquisitions

Posted: 10/25/05 at 10:43pmWell then, as I said, do not start a second fight. We all have long time friends from home. I today did not return a call to my friend who will arrive in a few weeks. (reminder call him) As spouses we have to deal with these relationships. Protect your boundry, but be nice!
