Shira;
Did you ever do the WEHO thing when you lived here?

Wow... that should be lots of fun. Nothing like that for us here in the NW. It's pouring outside. And it's already dark.

No, no. I have a midterm tomorrow. I never did the Halloween thing in LA, so not here either. I did go to the village parade a couple years ago, it was very interesting, but not quite my bag yet.
Give me a couple years, I'll be the damn float.

I can so totally see you on a float.
Halloween was fun Saturday night. I don't really think there's a single thing going on tonight. I'll be downtown for my meeting, I might check out and see what's up.

I wrote a poem in honor of Columbia University for my AIM.
School. By Shira.
School is good
School is great
It's 6 page papers
I love to hate
Teachers are okay
Homework's a bitch
I have a midterm tomorrow
It won't be a cinch
I'm tired and crabby
And eating chinese
Won't you leave
Happy messages please.

Hm... having trouble posting there for a bit...
Anyway... yes, brd. This weekend I'm off for the first time in 10 weeks. Yay! Though I'm already quite busy, seeing a friend I haven't seen in a while on Saturday and going to see Grapes of Wrath of Sunday.
