I'm doing much better, at about 90%- still have a lingering cough, but I made it to the gym, which is good!!!

Just a tickle in my throat. Hopefully if I attack it now with vitamin C I'll keep it at bay. It doesn't help that I've been burning the candle at both ends lately.
