Posted: 11/11/05 at 9:20pmHad a great day on the slopes. It was amazing, especially for this early in the season. I got in 15 runs today, and we got almost 6" of snow while we were there. I'm pooped, but going to see "The Inspector Hound" tonight.

Ooh, sleepovers! With C12? Bring on the face masques and smores!
Picked up tickets for "In My Life" and "Color Purple" -- should be a fantastic day of good and bad theatre!

Wow, Shira, I'll be interested in your opinions of those shows!
Brdlwyr, good luck with the sleepover! It seems that they are always at your house- don't your kids ever sleep over at others?

Advice for the day - avoid the gyros at the joint down the block!!
I have the two youngest at the office sorting paid invoices. I will write them a check for 5$ for their work.
Shira - the director from Color Purple is from Chicago - Gary Griffin - this is his huge break.

Hi kids...
"The Real Inspector Hound" was... interesting to say the least.
Nice day in Seattle... gonna spend it cleaning and doing some freelance work. And laundry. Oh joy!
Shira... so glad you liked Sweeney. I need to get my ticket for 12/28. I hope it's not selling out. I want to hear what you think of "Color Purple."
The choreographer for "Color Purple," Donald Byrd, is now the Artistic Director of a dance company in Seattle that I used to be involved with. (not as a dancer, though my ex was a dancer with them before he was my ex)

Yeah, it's a pretty cool gig actually.
So DD, no work today?
re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)#7772
Posted: 11/12/05 at 3:53pmNope. Just house cleaning and such. Maybe a date tonight, though he hasn't confirmed, so I'm not holding my breath. If that falls through I'm going with friends to see Sex in Seattle tonight. Was gonna go see Sweeney again, but Sex in Seattle sounds more fun.

SIS Productions presents Sex in Seattle, an exciting episodic theatre show exploring the lives and loves of four contemporary Asian American women.
It's a take on Sex in the City.
