I lost 30 pounds reducing carbs, it is very difficult.
I wish that I could tell my mother to lose weight.

My entire diet is carbs, I have no idea what to eat. I eat eggs and cheese, so now I have to worry about cholesterol.

By the time I was 8, my cholesterol was 236. It's been an issue for a long time.
