Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)
re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)#9175
Posted: 12/4/05 at 10:43pmI've seen some great Joseph productions before, this one was just cheesy, bad sets, bad (and bizarre) costumes, the cell/camera phone was horrible, cheerleaders, just oy.

The first half I was way back in the cheap seats in the balcony and I couldn't tell what it was (those seats are far!!).
The second half we moved to the 4th row orchestra and I think the show was worse from there.

Hi kids...
I saw a very good production of Joseph last year... I actually really enjoy the show. It seems that it's a fool proof show, but I guess it's not.
Had a wonderful, relaxing weekend on the coast. Nice suite overlooking the ocean, drove down to Astoria and Canon Beach, OR. Took some pix... will post them later.

Glad you had a good weekend DD!
Undi, I'm sure your 6th grade production will be better than what brdlwyr and I saw this weekend.

I'm assuming it's the same tour coming to Seattle next year. I'll make sure to not get tickets.

Probably a good idea.
So you ready for your trip to the east coast?
re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)#9185
Posted: 12/4/05 at 11:17pmYeah... no. Have so much stuff going on before I leave. Tomorrow I have to make sure to buy tickets, reserve buses, have to find time to go Xmas shopping. All that and this week is taken over by the Christmas show. But I am SO looking forward to it. I can 't wait.

Enough about the dumb ass production.
What a busy week and weekend. I was out Thursday - Saturday.
DD - we were at an Ecuador restaurant last night - awesome!!!!
Then, my wife and I went to a party with our friend where we new no one but him. My favorite quote of the night - "I hoped they would have a gayer tree."

Posted: 12/4/05 at 11:26pmL - there was not a time that I could have met with you, do not be mad. I would have visited the lottery to yell HUSSY, but was otherwise engaged. I saw the girls for about ten minutes from Wed - through this afternoon.

Well, I won't be back in Chicago til it's warmer again. Maybe summer.
You'll just have to come to NYC!

Liotte...6:40 A.M. posting time? Since when are you such an early bird?!

LONG day of meetings...blah. How many mochas with extra espresso shots does it take to wake Shira up?
Answer: None. The concept of waking her up is futile in of itself.
With that...ciao, have a great day y'all!
