Yeah. Of course. But it's sunny and cold and I wish I was skiing instead. Oh well... will have to wait until Saturday. I did finally buy a ski rack.
I have a conference call in about an hour.

Posted: 12/8/05 at 12:05pmI keep thinking that I want to go skiing, but then I stand outside for just a few minutes and am so cold, I don't know how I could stand it all day!

Posted: 12/8/05 at 12:09pmBecause when you ski you get warm... you warm your muscles and so on the ski lift you don't get as cold, unless it's windy. Then it sucks.

It seems I missed a lot of drinking this morning.
I am trying to move some of the mountains of paper out of my office.

Don't get me started on the no-carb diets! Bad, bad, bad!
You need carbs, dear. Just the right kind. I cut out processed carbs... anything white, basically. No white rice, white bread, pastries. But I'll eat whole wheat bread, brown rice, potatoes... and I lost 20 pounds. Not only are they better for you, but also more filling.

I love hearty and grainy breads. I basically do not eat pasta, not out diet but because I do not care about pasta.
Right now I am starved!!!

Posted: 12/8/05 at 12:56pmI love bread and pasta and potato and carbs, it's usually all I eat. Hence the diet. And now the drinking.
