Most excellent Christmas party last night. Bottles of bubbly and red wine and copious amounts of gin and scotch consumed. I was abnormally sober. Great fun. Dame would have hated it - about 40 kids all loud!

The sun is shining is a lovely day...

Feeling much better today. Staying in yesterday really made a difference. Have a lingering cough, but the body aches are gone.

40 kids! Yikes! Not sure I would've lasted very long myself.

And dear LG... if you can find hair to do, I'll let you do my hair.

brd, I was like that for about 15 years. Then I got some sort of bug or food poisoning a couple of years ago.

Cleaning up Shira puke is not fun. Shira, I thought we talked about a 1 drink limit?

So hello from Costa Rica! So much for not being on the computer, but my hotel has free internet, and I have a few hours to kill before the rest of my family gets here. I ended up going from NYC to Charlotte, volunteered to get bumped off so I got a free ticket to anywhere (including central america again!) plus a first class upgrade to go through Miami and then to San Jose. So I´m finally here after a long long day. We have a 4 hour drive tomorrow morning, and then the beach!!!!

NOW, tonight, I had the option of Sangria, spiked cappucinos, and the like, and didn't have ANY.

Miss LG...well, I can still smell it. May benefit me later, 'cause she didn't have TOO much. Unlike me last night.

And Rath...regarding marrying Miss LG...I don't believe that's legal in the state of NY.
