She will be home in a few minutes. She is at basketball practice for the soon to be 12 year old.
Oh, and that is true with my adopted family.
I was just literally thinking about how I have so many siblings, but none in Chicago. I have three male friends here that are like my adopted brothers. And, none of them care about theater!

Posted: 9/2/05 at 7:37pmLOL... I have 2 'siblings' here, an 'older brother' and a 'younger brother'. Older brother mostly likes fringe theater, and doesn't really care for musicals. Younger brother despises theater and anything artistic.

My sisters are musical fans. I have seen Wicked with two of them and one came here for Wicked.
My oldest brothers had the brown JCS album in the 70s - he is 14 years older than me. I played the hell out of it. He also gave me Evita.
I did one musical with two of my sisters. And, we used to have a band" and played a few songs at one of my sisters weddings.

Posted: 9/2/05 at 9:26pmOh, and I was going to update- Off The Map was good, but a little too serious for my tastes. I told the kid who recommended it to tell her mom to break out in a song and dance next time and I would like it much better. Kid is now mad at me. Well, not really, but she's pretending to act all huffy.

Yes, long week. F really worked hard getting the kids in the groove. Lots of home work, basketball, etc. A little Pommerey which I thought was a little splurgy!
