The only thing worse than working late is when you're working late and the damn copier jams and you try to fix it but get ink all over yourself... and you curse your assistant who you TOLD to get service in to look at it two days ago (but she didn't)... and the stuff that gets jammed is confidential... and you're not going to be in the office tomorrow to retrieve the scraps of confidential jammed paper... and you want to SCREAM!

...ok, back to struggling with the office equipment. And then home so I can get up before dawn to leave the house at 5:45 to go to Boston for the day.

I WISH it were a trip for fun, Dame. But, alas it is purely business. I was so hoping that I would have a few free minutes to catch up with a particular friend while I was in the Boston area...but unfortunately it's not going to work for this trip.

I love Boston, too, and always enjoy it when I can spend time there.
