Yep, long flight tomorrow.

Got the massage at the Aveda day spa in Georgetown. It was so... minty. And my first male masseur, which was interesting. Just very, very relaxing. And after a day of shopping, it was perfect. I just love being pampered.

There's been some spa talk before, PJ, that's why I was thinking of you all.

Where is the Aveda on M or Wisconsin? We must get to DC this Summer, my mother in law is in the Palasades which is west of GT.

It's on Wisconsin, just below P... right next door to where the Pied du Couchon used to be. (I couldn't believe it's not there anymore)

NO! Funny you should ask... we walked into this sparce boutique (my sister wanted to buy shoes) and I couldn't remember the name of the store that used to be there. That's what it was! (I think... now I'm second guessing myself)

We used to go to Chadwicks for drinks which is down Wisc and along the Potamic. There was also another Chadwicks up Wisc.

We went to the Chadwick's in Friendship Heights on Saturday night. The dance studio I used to manage has a location just down the street and we go there after performances. Hasn't changed... once, when I ordered a caesar salad, the waiter asked me what kind of dressing I wanted...

I have been visiting since 1986, and spent the Summer of 1990 in DC, but my wife's mother, sister and brother, brother in law and niece live in the area.
