Who needs a MOJITO time?

Posted: 5/11/05 at 12:52amHello hussys. I attended the men of desperate housewives thing tonight. And yes the plumber ( James Denton) is even hotter in person. But I tell you.. the one that is most striking is Carlos. I was sittng there wishing I was Eva Langoria. YUMMY. Doug Savant is as charming as can be.

Posted: 5/11/05 at 1:06amDAME, that sounds awesome! Wish I would have been able to go, even if Carlos and Mike don't do it for me. Was John the gardener there? Now HE is HOTT

Posted: 5/11/05 at 1:22amIs it just me or does the board seem to be awefully quiet lately? (obviously not right now... it's past midnight back east... but in general...)

I think a lot of people are on the main board talking about the tonys-
And everyone from NY who got up and heard the nominations this morning are now sleeping, which I should be too!

Posted: 5/11/05 at 1:29amAh... the main board. I forget about that. I am upset that Cheyenne didn't get a nom. So stopped paying attention.

Posted: 5/11/05 at 1:33amDo not get me started on Cheyenne. And Jenn G. I think I posted it on every thread and spot I could that I wish they had been nominated!

Mornin' folks.
How about some nice, strong coffee to get over those Tony nominations?
#6510Who needs a Mojito time?
Posted: 5/11/05 at 9:15amI definitely need coffee! This week is killing me, I can't survive on only a few hours of sleep a night!

thanks for the cookies - I'll have them with lunch (which can't come soon enough!)...
I have a Mojito question for anyone in the Philly area - do you have any favorite bars to try? I went out to dinner last night at a swankified joint and ordered a Mojito, and... blank stare... "I'm sorry sir, we only serve the cocktails listed on the menu"... yuk - settled for an apple martini... SOS!!
#6519Who needs a Mojito time?
Posted: 5/11/05 at 11:07amI like apple martinis. I don't know philly though, sorry! I barely know NYC outside of the 3 block radius of my apartment. But on Tuesdays at the Gin Mill by me, it's ladies night and everything is $1. I love their margaritas...

SOMMS might be from Philly, (I am not sure) but if he is actually Broadwayboobs, then her is Jersey. (Just kidding BB).
Other than Margaritas - I really do not drink cocktails with sugar.

Worse part was, I didn't even want an Apple martini - I just wanted a Mojito, and then when I got shot down, I just had what the other guy was having (it was a business dinner, and I stupidly went out on a limb, so then I just muttered, same, and went back to studying my menu!
