DD - my wife teaches step, bosu, power pump, abs, etc.
My plans are yard work, etc.. The last weeks have been so hectic that a little quiet time in the house is much needed. Of course, I will hear from the kids, "What are we doing today?" Nothing, damn it!

I had to push myself out of bed this morning to go to the gym, and my heart was just not in it... I fear this is the start of a slump.
