OK
My hope is after the carpet is down tomorrow, the TV/VCR & DVD & next the computer get reconnected. Everything else can wait
I hope after going down tonight about 6 or 7 PM ti be back tomorrow night. I hope there will not be a hassle reconnecting the computer. I have to spell it out like a golden book or I will be lost
Good luck with that. Just mark everything clearly. I used color tapes to mark the cables. You know.. lke red goes into red.. blue goes into blue..
I am using my wifes nail polish to mark the wires & where they go
My wife wants to go down one weekend day before we go to get a bogus Louis V luggage on Canal St. We will than go to the restaurant Giorgione. My wife is a believer in reincarnation & believes she lived as a courtesan in 16 th Century Venice & was involved romatically with the painter of the same name & gave him the plague & than he died
Very nice
I always take my mom to Canal street for her bogus bags ( and they usually last longer than the real things)
She has sworn off (so she says) the bags but the real Louis suitcase costs a kings ransom & she feels it will last longer as it will not be used that much. I never understood the fascination with this designer nonsense
Mr Roxy; can I make a suggestion? Google search your computer and download set up insructions and print them. Just in case.
Thanks
We really have to stop meeting like this. Let me know if you want to include others in our meeting or just a drink
Logging off now. HAPPY FATHERS DAY EVERYONE!
See you around the campus DAME
Happy Father's Day everyone!

My wife said, "You're having a beer? Oh, I guess is is Father's Day."
We had a great walk at Montrose Harbor and Beach - many people out. Off to an early dinner.
I went to my Piano Bar for the first time in months last night - lots of fun. A little Chess and Les Miz.
Sounds lovely. It is now 420 for me and I have some Nancy Lamott playing. Anyone else like her?
BL - Happy Father's Day to you and to all! Jealous that you have a piano bar haunt... haven't been to one in years...
Any New Yorkers remember a piano bar around 43rd street - across from the Milford Plaza? Can't remember the name of it, but there were two people there who were absolutely wonderful...
Nothing on CNN about Patrick Wilson, so I assume all things are stable at the moment...
Have a good day all!
I just mixed up a mojito myself - I like Nancy Lamott's My Foolish Heart
What happened to Patrick Wilson?
I have her belting "Listen to my heart" right now. What a talent! What a huge loss for mankind.
I hear ya Dame - - - same with Eva Cassidy
Eva Cassidy?

Having a strong Scotch on the rocks at the moment.
Dumb struck by the "who can name all the 50 States?" thread.
Whither the OT board?
lol

Jose - there will always be wit and relevance in Mojito-land!
dear lord, let us pray for wit and wisdom ... name all 50 states? now naming all of the Rogers and Hammerstein musicals would be better ...
... or the von Trapp children - that would be tough!

OTA: LOL... re: CNN and Patrick Wilson.
Note that I'm still posting freely and that Brdlwyr hasn't come begging for my bail fund.
Ah, Mr. Wilson. You may have eluded me yesterday but just you wait until "Barefoot in the Park" next Spring! :o)
