Get back in bed, woman!!
Sorry you're not well, DAME. Drink lots of water...
Finally crawled out of made, made breakfast, prepared coffee... and NO MILK!!! I don't drink coffee without milk. I'm gonna have to run by *$ for a latte...
Took me a minute to figure out the starbucks, very creative!
...and I would STILL be trying to figure it out if you hadn't said something, Liotte...
seriously considering seeing Batman Begins tonight as an antidote for the B word...
Batman begins is wonderful.
I'm at Spelling Bee tonight. I could use a good laugh.
DAME, why do you have an avatar of Rosie O'Donnell with the eyes blacked out? You don't like her?
LOL Ann...
Great day out... walked with Walter Bondi along the lake, then decided to attend the Pride Fair. Had a great time, did some MAJOR window shopping, ate some food, heard some great spoken word... and tonight we're going dancing! Woo-hoo!
I love Rosie
Good evening all!
DAME- Hope you are feeling better!
DD- How was dancing? (you may not have even left yet, as it is only 8:20 on the west coast)
Spelling Bee was fun, always makes me laugh. I don't think I am seeing a show tomorrow. *looks around at everyone's shocked expressions*
Yeah L, still at home cleaning, washing clothes, and obsessing what to wear to the club... my clubbing days are way beyond me, but I'm in the mood to dance tonight.
Liotte;
I had to be picked up the floor after your announcement.
I thought hell got a little cooler today... I can feel a breeze. Now I know why.
Feeling better, Dame?
edit: I was scanning through the msg and didn't catch L's last line...
I am feeling much better. Thank you.
Glad that you are feeling better DAME! Maybe I'll change my mind and see Rent tomorrow night (do they have a sun night show?), but I think it might be a blockbuster night.
DD- I'm already home for the night and you haven't even gone out yet! Time zones are so bizarre! Have a great time!
Liotte;
Get on that freaking train to New Jersey tomorrow afternoon and go see Paper Mills production of Ragtime. I have heard it is sensational.
Can't- a) BWW picnic at 2 til ???
and b) I didn't like ragtime on broadway when I saw it.
What else is there?
I agree with Dame, dear L. You need to expand your horizons, even if it means straying from the path. You will find gems outside of Broadway.
Maybe she will listen to you.
It's not a matter of not listening- It's more that I am lazy, and Times Square is so close to my apartment, and NJ is, well, far away! I don't care for the hassle to get to Penn Station or Port Authority or Grand Central and then getting out there, and then having to take a taxi to the theater, and then doing it all again when I have to come home. I'd rather just go my 3 stops on the subway here, if even walk if it is nice out. I'll do off-broadway though if it's close :)
I need one to commemorate my return after being unable to get my internet service up for 5 days. DAME also owes me one when we actually get around to meeting just to say hello sometimew in August
WELCOME BACK MR ROXY!
Hello, Snack Crackers!
