Undi, I can't get over how gorgeous that photo of Polly is. My earliest memory of her was in that Doris Day movie when she already looked old to me. (I think it was the hairstyle.)

I still say she was the best thing about the Follies revival.

I KNOW Polly wasn't "old" in the 60s because she was in her 70s for Follies. But that hairstyle made everyone who had it look old to me! (Plus, she was supposed to be the "less desirable" woman in Move Over, Darling, so they didn't go out of their way to "doll her up"!)

Oh, and until Follies, I had no idea what a great singer she was or that she started out as a vocalist. I just always thought of her as an actress.

You're going to be up all night since you had your nap, Undi. But I have to lie down. I'm in terrible pain right now...from the dentist appointment I had at 9 AM today!

The weather here is perfect. I took that parents for a drive, they cannot really walk any distance.

Busy weekend, the dog is fine, x-rays negative, but we need to watch him.

We had a hell of a party here last night!!! Much fun and great laughs!
