Hi, I'm back. I'm in a better mood (thanks to you guys), but I'm still exhausted...

AND I have 3 back-to-back meetings with politicians tomorrow. Yikes. I have to be somewhat articulate and sound intelligent. In other words, "fake it."

Yes, Shira, it IS gushy, but since it's all intended to help ME get out of this funk, I think it's kinda nice.

Thanks for those kind words, you guys. You may not think it helps, but it does. It's not uncommon in my line of work to sometimes feel as though what we're doing is hopeless.

I haven't heard any complaints about any iPods.
