I think I took a few of those pounds too.
Oh well.
Today is a Jamba Juice day!!!
And the bikes have internet (sorry about the all lowercase, I'm not trying to copy papa, I just couldn't capitalize while working out), but then I moved on to the elliptical and treadmill and those do not have internet. I watched The Price Is Right.

Posted: 4/20/06 at 12:07pmDD, no way. My wife has modified her diet to address her osteoarthritis, and I am wating those "little healty meals that mom serves you.", s C12 describes them!

Posted: 4/20/06 at 12:08pmMy days of elliptical trainers are counted... my knees can't take the pressure any more. Damn I feel old. I'm gonna have to stick to swimming until my knees get better.

Posted: 4/20/06 at 12:24pmThere's hardly any knee pressure from elliptical machines! You must be really old if that low impact hurts you!

Posted: 4/20/06 at 12:27pmIt's not the pressure, L. It's the motion. Walking currently makes my knees ache.

Good morning, my Hussys! I've made it to LA safe and sound. It is a beautiful morning here!!
Last night I went to Happy Hour at the Abbey and then hit Basix Cafe dinner. After that we spent the night watching the Go Go Boys at Mikeys.
At closing time I wound up on a late night stroll with a sassy Latin lovely. I think I may learn to love this town!
