Does it make Southwest look bad or do you think it's fairly balanced with the situations they focus on? Most of the angry customers make such fools of themselves!

I have not seen the show, but did see the crew filming in LA. I have flown Southwest hundreds of times and I assure you that this show represents the excellent balance of good service and low fares that Southwest offers.
i love this show, some of those people are just so stupid it's funny. the first season was released on dvd and i still have to buy it
I used to watch it every week, until I started seeing the same customers show up every week:
Drunk off their ass passenger who is in denial about their inability to stand up.
Stupid person who shows up at the gate 2 minutes to departure and proceeds to rant about how dare they let the plane leave when they were not on it.
The "What? My 400 pound bag isn't considered carry on? I am going to now have a complete hissy hit and threaten to sue SW airlines for the next 10 minutes" idiot.
And last but not least, the parents with the screaming "way over the age of 2" year old who swear up and down they've never heard of any airline insisting people buy tickets for their child to fly!
It got old after that.
I am......and LOVE Southwest. Doesn't make them look bad at all
When is it on? I've always wanted to see this show.
I think it's on Mondays on A&E (in CA it is) at 8pm.
I love that show, but im not a fan of airline uk.
