Who's the Boss? Palin bills herself over McCain

Sorry, Judith Light fans; this is about Sarah Palin.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The What and What administration?

Sarah Palin flipped the Republican presidential ticket around this week when she spoke about things the "Palin and McCain administration" would do in office.

To be sure, the vice presidential candidate is the top draw at joint rallies with her boss, presidential nominee John McCain. But he's still the top of the ticket and the one who gets to order the drapes in the Oval Office if they win.

Palin made the comment at a rally Thursday in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, when she said she and McCain want to cut taxes for small business: "That's exactly what we're gonna do in a Palin and McCain administration." Later in her speech, she reverted to the normal order in speaking about the "McCain-Palin administration."

Palin also referred to McCain as "my running mate" Friday in Green Bay, Wis., as she did twice in Iowa the day before. Vice presidential candidates are usually referred to as the running mates, no matter which one is speaking.

She scares me. She's a megalomaniac.

Incubus even wrote a song for her:

Hey megalomaniac
You're no Jesus
Yeah, you're no ****ing Elvis
Wash your hands clean of yourself baby and
Step down
Step down
Step down

If I were your appendages
I'd hold open your eyes
So you would see
That all of us are heaven sent
There was never meant to be only one
To be the only one

Hey megalomaniac
You're no Jesus
Yeah, you're no ****ing Elvis
Wash your hands clean of yourself baby and
Step down
Step down
Step down

Yeah
You're no Jesus
You're no Elvis
You're no Jesus
You're no Jesus
You're no Elvis
YOU'RE NO ANSWER

STEP DOWN 3x

Hey megalomaniac
You're no Jesus
Yeah, you're no ****ing Elvis
Wash your hands clean of yourself baby and
Step down
But you are, my love, the astronaut/ Flying in the face of science/ I will gladly stay an afterthought/ Just bring back some nice reminders

It's not so hard to make it look like an "accident" with a 72-year-old man already in questionable health - I bet she's got that all plotted out.

well, she's not far off.

This election is really about Palin v. Obama.

McCain didn't' have a shot until she was introduced, when McCain is on tour by himself, the turnout is much lower than when Palin joins him, so much so that if the McCain camp should glue those two together, because McCain can't do without her.

It may say McCain on the top in the voting booth, but republicans know who they are truly voting for.

Keep your eye on Baby Trig. I'm not saying I'm in the know, but don't be surprised if you don't see Verne Troyer in the movies in the next four years. He's "otherwise" employed.

I have decided to call Gov. Palin "The Naked Empress". She isn't wearing any clothes, folks.

No raging surges here.

I think people are coming out to see her more out of curiosity. We already know the other 3 candidates. I like how at one town meeting someone asked her to give specifics of her foreign policy and all she said was that she was ready- NEVER gave specifics. I see they want her to be at the UN to meet foreign leaders. I guess that will be her qualification for foreign policy. Everytime I hear her speak- it's just her convention speech over and over again. Nancy Pelosi said her nomination just shows how poor McCain's decision-making skills are because there were so many more qualified candidates than her! Hawaii's governor is a female on her 2nd term but she is divorced and Jewish (and not very attractive IMO). There are also too many questions and her husband refusing to testify in Troopergate. It really is a stretch to say Palin is ready for this! Like I said, I have never been so angered by an election before and I've been voting since 1980! Bill O'Reilly was discussing with other commentators about NBC and how they have been so easy on Barack and have not asked him hard questions. They said Charlie Gibson was too hard on Sarah. I have never heard the media being accused of tough questions on male candidates. Then Bill said that Fox was the most balanced. UUUGGGHHH!!!!!
